First time coming to this dealership for service. Very appreciative of my advisor Carlo. He helped me take care of what needed to be done and heard me out with any other concerns I had. Followed it up with a video from the technician showing his findings. I found it very professional and transparent which I appreciate.

Carlo is very personable and diligent. He thoroughly explained everything and made sure I was completely satisfied. I rate him 100% I unfortunately have not had much success trying to buy a car at this dealership. During my last attempt in 2024, we were going to buy 2 cars on the same day and was told that was the only way we could get the sticker price.

Had an amazing experience last time so decided to drive 25 miles to get the same or better experience but didn’t have a good experience this time around. From booking the appointment, not getting any updates from the advisor while waiting for 7 hours to complete my service, to getting transferred to a different advisor without even knowing everything was well below expectations.

All good except for a $39 “shop charge fee” tacked on end of invoice. Unexplained. P&OH costs are built into parts & labor. $39 seems unnecessary.

From Angel in the Parts Department to Keisha in Repair, I was constantly kept abreast of the status of my vehicle’s repair.

Even though I had an appointment it took three days to look at my car, 6 days before I had a diagnosis. It then took two more days to get approval even though it was covered under warranty. After ten days I was able to pick up my car which wasn't even topped up on fluids and has a wrench light still showing. Still waiting for a call back from them to figure this out.

We really appreciate Julie’s assistance for making our dreams come true by securing a family van (Honda Odyssey). The process was quick and all our questions are answered. Excellent customer service. Only one thing I have been disappointed in is the complimentary car wash. This was the second time the car was only half washed. The front windshield was spotless but back not touched along with body not washed at all. I mean it was black.

They took good care of me and my car. They have me a ride home and back to the dealership. The work was done in a timely manner.
