Everything was great except one of my items a door handle protective films, for my new Honda Pilot Elite , could not be installed. There wasn’t anyone who knew how to install the protective film that I bought through Honda parts. I will have to look somewhere else. Jessie my service manager was excellent!!

Appointment was not set with any particular Service Advisor however, I immediately received a friendly greeting from D’Anna as she advised she would be right with me. Had a service appointment for a standard oil change, tire rotation, and engine air filter. They were busy so it took a bit longer, but Shane the technician informed me that the battery would also need to be replaced. He was very informative and transparent which I appreciated. Took my 07 Fit Sport in for replacement of several items on recall. Carlo the service attendant greeted me quickly and went over everything involved. He answered all my questions and even took me to the mechanic who would be servicing my car to go over the various items to be replaced. Took a couple of days due to parts availability but no issues at all. Very happy with the entire process and the professional attitude of everyone working there. The shop was super clean and organized almost like a hospital for cars. Great job!
