My experience here is usually good. This last time though they found in a screw in my tire and insisted it couldn’t be fixed and just wanted to push a new tire purchase. Went to discount tire and it was a simple patch. Not even a “well it’s close to the side wall, so we skeptical”. Plain as day it could be patched. Discount also noticed my wiper blades were worn out and falling apart, yet the day before the multi point inspection at the dealer said they were good. Went to get an oil change, my technician was Jessie he was very nice and knowledgeable and let me know my vehicle report as well as giving recommendations. My cost was 50 dollars for the oil change with the car wash included I am very pleased with my service and the people who attended me there.

Ended up being a full week and was never offered a temporary. Never showed me options and instead "picked" a car and bought it for me. Which would have been fine if the car was fine.
